Always use a good quality brush.
The cheapness or cost doesn't define the quality of a brush, always select ADA-approved brush which are perfectly fresh. Keep changing brush within months.
Don't put too much pressure on brush while brushing.
You should use your forefinger and thumb to hold the brush. Don't use the rest of hand as it may put much pressure than required.
Don't brush just after the meal
This may lead down to your enamel on your teeth.
Just after the brushing, don't eat anything.
Never eat anything, immediately after brushing.
Give time to your brush.
Divide the whole mouth into four parts and give 30 seconds to each part.
Never forget to floss and no need to worry about mouth-wash.
Flossing is as important as is brushing, so bring it in regular habit. Mouth- wash is good for breath smell but not important for health.
Prefer softer brushes over harder one.
As hard brushes can destroy enamel and gums, so use soft bristles.
Give attention to your gum-line too. Never skip it.
The toothbrush you use should be clean.
After brushing, you should keep the brush covered otherwise new bacteria could be introduced to your mouth.
